本片改編自《三國演義》之「連環計」，由四屆亞洲影后林黛飾演貂蟬。劇情講述漢朝末年，太師董卓(羅維飾)專權禍國，諸侯群起聲討。忠臣王允(楊志卿飾)利用貂蟬的美色，離間董卓和其義子呂布(趙雷飾)，終使父子反目，呂布殺了董卓，並和貂蟬成為眷屬。。讲述野崎修平在之前的事件后升任银行总经理，为了让因为成果主义及裁员而失去士气的银行职员重拾朝气，成为对社会有贡献的银行，他和上作已登场，为人不择手段，已升为常务的立川祥子，及融资部的石原俊之合作进行改革，然而此时前总经理儿子京极春树当上董事，他为了向从父亲手上夺走总经理之的野崎复仇，与祥子一起策动阴谋要让他下台。。When the single middle-aged Luis travels from Barcelona to bury the remains of his mother in the vault of his family in Segovia, he is lodged by his aunt Pilar in her old house where he spent his summer of 1936 with her.
