风景秀丽的竹林，正在拍摄一场抗日武侠剧。小龙套徐俊空有一身绝赞武功，却只能苦苦等待机会，他一直渴望能露脸演一场戏。已经成名的演员趾高气昂，不可一世，从来没注意到有的草根多么渴望成名。徐俊和伙伴大海参加各种试听，不放过任何一次机会，当然在这一过程中势必经历无数的失败。热爱电影的他，在昏暗逼仄的小屋内用手机拍摄属于自己的微电影，大过一把当导演的瘾。不久之后，电影投资方的变故，使得他的戏份被删，而在朝着导演努力的道路上他也不断碰钉子。 梦想太美好，现实太残酷，小人物头破血流朝着目标前行……。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home.
